The construction of a Logistics Park in Devínska Nová Ves, on the western periphery of Bratislava was the first storage-related project by the J&T REAL ESTATE in Slovakia. The logistics park covering 20 hectares is situated in immediate proximity to the Volkswagen Bratislava manufacturing plant and provides its clients with a vast and secure 87 000 m2 of storage space. Majority of the park is already owned by international real estate fund – Sachsen fond.

The rapid development of the automotive industry in Slovakia triggered development of a logistics centre in Nitra. Warehouses of approx. 14 500 m2 were built for Visteon Slovakia, spol. s r. o.In this industrial area can by found another modern industrial development. The hall covers production of Promens Production Facility manufactures, which produce a wide range of different products.

In addition another J&T REAL ESTATE projects with regard to the storage space market is the construction of the logistics center in Dubnica nad Váhom for Visteon Slovakia, spol. s r.o.. The hall measuring 4 600 m2 is situated close to the motorway and was completed at the end of 2005. The construction of a logistics site in Poznaň region in Poland was J&T REAL ESTATE´s first market penetration outside of Slovakia and the Czech Republic. J&T REAL ESTATE has developed one of the largest logistics halls in Poland for Jeronimo Martins Distribution (Biedronka) with size cca 21.000m2.
